Position Details

As a full-time Maintenance/Janitorial technician, your responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the housing property, including janitorial duties.
2. Performing repairs to ensure all systems and equipment are operational.
3. Routine inspection and evaluation of the physical condition of the property.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• Technical school or equivalent experience in maintenance, janitorial, or groundskeeping.
• Skills in crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall repairs, painting, and HVAC are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and technical proficiency.
• Ability to travel for training if necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and receptiveness to working with a diverse population.
• Valid driver’s license and maintenance of it.
