Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a General Laborer for temporary work at Georgia-Pacific and other Koch facilities. The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:45AM–3:30PM for approximately 4 to 6 weeks, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

The job involves working in a hot, humid, and noisy industrial environment, performing cleaning and basic maintenance tasks, and collaborating with a team to meet safety and production goals.

Qualifications

• Pass a respirator fit test.
• Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Work in hot, humid, cold, noisy and dusty industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Manufacturing or custodial cleaning and painting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning with brooms, mops, air hoses, shovels, and vacuums to prevent hazards.
• Dust and wipe down machines and surfaces inside the plant.
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment that may be hot, cold, humid, noisy, and dusty.
• Collaborate with team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Adhere to plant health, safety, and environmental guidelines and procedures.
