We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep recruiting and onboarding knowledge to temporarily support the Talent Acquisition (TA) function across the US and Canada. Temp role for up to three months.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage TA operations, hiring workflows, and onboarding activities across the U.S. and Canada.

• Act as a point of coordination between U.S.-based leadership and the offshore recruiting/HR team in India, providing direction and process guidance.

• Provide support on system transitions and integrations, including workflows between ATS and HRIS platforms.

• Guide recruiters in sourcing strategies, job posting, and candidate screening; jump in as needed to fill requisitions directly.

• Manage and troubleshoot ad hoc recruiting and onboarding issues with minimal oversight.

• Build and analyze dashboards, hiring funnel metrics, and TA reports to support business decision-making.

• Ensure alignment with hiring plans and timelines while maintaining process compliance and documentation.

• Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or related HR project management roles.

• Proven success in managing end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes, especially in fast-paced, cloud-based environments.

• Previous experience supporting or leading TA system migrations or integrations is highly preferred.

• Proficient with Greenhouse (ATS) and Oracle (HRIS) or similar systems.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, build reports, and provide process insights to leadership.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills, especially with offshore or remote teams.

• Must have access to a personal computer and internet (cloud-based system).

PAY: $40-45/hr
