SpaceX is seeking a passionate cook to join our culinary team in Anderson, TX. This temporary 3-month assignment supports food preparation, setup, and open-kitchen service according to leadership’s specifications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in food service, restaurant and high-volume experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing daily menu. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain a food handler’s card and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in the food service industry.
• Restaurant experience.
• High volume experience.
• Experience with a daily changing menu.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain a food handlers card or equivalent.
• High level of professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily prep tasks.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with the restaurant’s recipes regarding portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines.
• Provide courteous and informative customer service in an “open kitchen” format.
• Follow restaurant guidelines concerning guest services, food and physical safety, maintenance, and equipment/space cleaning requirements at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
