Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing construction, facility, and/or capital improvement projects.
• Knowledge of general contracting, safety, and jobsite coordination.
• Familiarity with utility systems (electric, water, gases).
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for multiple construction and facilities upgrade projects.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, trades, and service providers to stay on schedule and within scope.
• Plan and oversee movement, shipping, and installation of equipment including heavy machinery.
• Ensure proper utility connections and compliance with permitting and inspections.
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and report to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to construction activities and facility operations.
