Qualifications

• High level of professionalism and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily prep tasks.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with recipes for portioning, cooking, and waste control.
• Provide courteous and informative customer service in an open kitchen format.
• Follow restaurant guidelines for guest services, food and physical safety, maintenance, and equipment/space cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
