Cabot Creamery invites you to join as a Temporary Cheese Packaging Operator on a 40-hour workweek with a base pay of $24.64 per hour. There are both day (6am–6pm) and night (6pm–6am) shifts available, offering flexibility for production coverage.

In this role you will move pallets, clean line wheels, stage parts for production, and perform sanitation, with typical 40-lb lifting and teamwork to meet quality standards and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a production team.
• Ability to perform general housekeeping and sanitizing tasks.
• Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs and assist with heavier items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets of boxes/hoops into production room.
• Clean 640lb line wheels and return to the beginning of the process.
• Pull box parts, feet and bags into the room and stage for production.
• General housekeeping and sanitizing.
• 40lb boxing and general lifting on average of 40lbs, with occasional heavier items.
• Break relief of cheese line and sanitation and setup tasks as necessary on shift.
