Quay Crew seeks a temporary Captain for an 80m+ yacht to cover Xmas through early February. The vessel will be in the Caribbean with local cruises around the Bahamas and Exumas.

The crew enjoys a long-standing, healthy and active atmosphere, with generous owners who support the team. Candidates must hold Master 3000 or Master Unlimited and have proven experience on yachts of this size with excellent references.

• Extensive cruising knowledge around the Caribbean, Bahamas and Exumas.

Yacht & Crew Profile

• Prestigious 80myacht looking for a temp captain to provide cover over the Xmas and New Year period, and into early February.
• The yacht will be located in the Caribbean with cruising planned locally and around the Bahamas / Exumas.
• A great atmosphere exists onboard with long-standing crew who are healthy, active and fitness oriented.
• Generous owners who look after the crew and are largely responsible for the good crew retention.

Role Requirements

• Master 3000 or Master Unlimited.
• A thorough cruising knowledge around the Caribbean, Bahamas and Exumas.
• Proven experience and longevity on similar size yachts, with excellent references.
• Able to hit the ground running and operate seamlessly in a well-established environment.
