Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years of barista experience or 2+ years in customer service in food service with coffee/bev services

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and clean workstations and dining spaces
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on equipment
• Complete daily records and opening/closing checklists
• Meet time and quality standards with urgency
• Engage customers and fulfill orders with strong service
• Assist with catering and events
• Follow safety guidelines and sanitation practices
• Interact professionally with guests and staff
• Prepare a variety of coffee, espresso, tea drinks and food items
• Operate espresso machines with proficiency
