Job summary

SpaceXAI is hiring a Barista to serve employees, customers, and guests with quality coffee and beverages. You will operate espresso machines, prepare a variety of drinks, and maintain clean, welcoming spaces across outlets per leadership guidance.

Ideal candidates have several years of barista experience, strong customer service skills, and a solid understanding of food safety. Flexibility for shifts, including weekends, is required to support events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ years of barista experience or 2+ years in customer service in a food service environment that includes coffee/beverage service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods (8–12 hours).
• Willing to work all shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and clean workstations and related spaces for safety and organization.
• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea beverages, and related food products.
• Engage customers, fulfill orders, and communicate menu changes clearly.
• Assist with catering and event requests and uphold safety guidelines.
• Operate espresso machines with high proficiency and maintain quality standards.
