Express Employment Professionals in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a temporary assembler to support the manufacturing team. You will perform basic assembly, validate materials, follow work instructions, and meet quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers 5:30am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays as needed, and pay of $17.85 per hour plus benefits. This position provides weekly pay and opportunities to learn and grow within a large local staffing network.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience or related experience.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
• Accountability for own actions and follow-through on commitments.
• Ability to understand and execute basic standard assembly procedures and interpret basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly work to manufacture products in a cost-effective and timely manner while meeting quality standards.
• Validate materials prior to beginning assembly.
• Review and follow work instructions.
• Build products per specifications and within required tolerances.
• Complete clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
• Follow all quality, safety, and work rules, including wearing appropriate PPE.
