Provide office support services within a campus unit to include organizing and preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation; scheduling meetings and events; file maintenance, and related administrative activities; and assisting customers with their service needs. The BME Academic Office is hiring a Temporary Retention Support Coordinator who'll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Director of Retention & Engagement. This role helps streamline unit communications, manage digital resource platforms, and coordinate student retention and engagement events that foster success and community. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational efficiency, student support experience with creative design ability, and servant leadership, student-focused approach

This job requires skills in general office administration to include document preparation and processing, records management, event planning and organization, spoken/written communications and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task. Skill in basic office related computer applications is required.
