Job summary

Regions seeks an experienced Software Engineer to oversee application development, modification, and maintenance within the Technology department. You will monitor system applications, generate reports, and ensure smooth operation while guiding junior engineers.

Key responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, performing data mapping, and collaborating with Temenos consultants and the Regions Data team. This on-site role requires strong SQL, API design, and Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Experience with Temenos T24 / Transact or related Temenos products (TEP and TDH).
• Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and API/integration design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and installation of new hardware and software.
• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
• Monitor system performance and test software for defects.
• Ensure compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.
