Job summary

Eurofins EAG Laboratories is seeking a hands‑on Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Scientist who also has strong automation and data workflows experience in a production lab. You will operate S/TEM systems, implement automation, and build tooling to streamline data collection and analysis.

You will apply computer vision, statistics, and machine learning to microscopy data, collaborating with engineers and operations to deliver scalable solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on S/TEM experience with real‑world data collection.
• Experience developing or implementing automation for TEM or similar instrumentation (scripting, APIs).
• Ability to build analysis tools, not just scripts; apply data science to experimental data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement automation workflows on S/TEM systems (data acquisition, instrument control, scripting).
• Develop and maintain automated pipelines for TEM data collection and analysis.
• Perform image processing (segmentation, enhancement, measurement) on 2D/3D datasets.
