Job summary

SuperAnnotate AI, Inc. is seeking a Telugu QA Lead for a remote contractor role. You will oversee quality across Telugu AI training projects, review content, provide precise feedback, and ensure adherence to guidelines. The position requires strong Telugu and English skills and attention to detail.

You will coordinate with remote trainers/QAs, maintain documentation, and help activate underperforming contributors. Selection includes an AI interview, domain task, and recruiter interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics.
• Native or near-native Telugu with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong grasp of English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of Telugu writing/editing/translation/QA or related language-review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check Telugu items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Update trainers and QAs on Discord about guidelines, projects changes, and quality expectations.
• Onboarding/training calls to explain project expectations and quality standards.
• Create and maintain Telugu project documentation, style guides, trackers, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
