Schedule

Mon - Fri 8:30 – 5:30, alternate Thursdays/Fridays 10:30-7:30, alternate Saturdays 8:30 – 3:30 (40 hours)

What You’ll Do

Summary/Objective: Contribute to DCU’s success by identifying members’ needs, providing service excellence, and helping members achieve their financial goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Accurately process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, and assist with end-of-day balancing.
  • Understand and explain all DCU products and services; complete member requests.
  • Achieve individual referral goals by identifying financial needs and cross-selling appropriate products.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including security and risk management guidelines.
  • Provide coverage in other areas as needed, such as other branches or support departments.
  • Identify and submit ideas for process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Technical skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
  • Bilingual skills a plus
