Orion Innovation is seeking an IT Implementation Analyst - Teller UX to drive pre-implementation readiness, migration planning, configuration discovery, and automation for Teller UX deployments.

You will map current-state and future-state teller processes, analyze legacy platforms, define migration strategies, and develop templates to accelerate client onboarding, with AI-enabled automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Teller UX and core banking platforms.
• Design and document migration and onboarding artifacts.
• Knowledge of banking workflows and security considerations.
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state teller processes, checklists, and SOPs.
• Analyze Teller platforms such as DNA Teller, ClearTouch Teller, and Integrated Teller.
• Define migration strategy for roles, users, security, and transaction data.
• Develop configuration blueprints and setup recommendations for Teller UX.
• Leverage AI to generate reusable templates and test scenarios.
• Partner across teams to streamline client onboarding.
