Job summary

CommunityAmerica Credit Union is seeking a friendly Teller to greet Members and process transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced branch. You’ll deliver member-centered service and help Members explore products that align with their financial goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred for experience), at least 2 years of customer service, strong cash-handling skills, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities

Frontline Service with Purpose

As a Teller, you will be the welcoming face of CommunityAmerica, delivering friendly, accurate service while handling financial transactions. You'll build trust, answer questions, and support Members in reaching their financial goals through:

• Member-Centered Service - Greet each Member with warmth and professionalism, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions that meet them where they are on their financial journey.
• Relationship-Driven Service Delivery - Connect Members with products, services, and specialists that align with their goals, helping them take the next step toward financial success.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
• Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
