Responsabilités

• Oversee daily teller operations and supervise teller team.
• Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain vault, cash counts, and end-of-day balancing procedures.
• Provide coaching and training to tellers; support branch goals.
• Deliver exceptional member service and resolve inquiries and complaints.
