As a Full Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Washington, D.C. at the Spring Valley branch.

Job Description
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on available financial options. Identify banking opportunities during interactions and refer as appropriate.
  • Engage with customers through meaningful conversations, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment, and ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch operations.

  • Managing Risk - Assess and manage risks aligned with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities. The following are preferred:

  • Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Customer Needs, Digital Awareness, Effective Communication, Fraud Prevention, Managing Multiple Priorities, Problem Solving

Experience is not required; roles at this level typically do not require a degree or prior experience. A combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $39,520.00 – $57,200.00, with variability based on location, skills, experience, and performance. This role is incentive eligible.
