DAY TO DAY AS A TELLER SERVICES SUPERVISOR

As the Teller Services Supervisor at Greenville Federal Credit Union's Wade Hampton campus, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of tellers to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence. This multifaceted position involves overseeing teller balancing, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and safeguarding cash and credit union property. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, you will strategically allocate staffing resources during peak traffic times and report essential operational information to the Branch Operations Manager. Additionally, you will assist in recruiting and developing teller staff, conducting routine observations, and providing coaching to uphold service standards. As the vault custodian, you will manage cash flow, oversee month-end reports, and ensure timely handling of incoming mail.

With a comprehensive understanding of branch operations and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture, your leadership will be crucial in enhancing member experiences and achieving organizational goals.
