Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banking professional in Virginia-Hampton to join a busy, in-store team. You will support customers by selling bank products, processing transactions, opening accounts, and maintaining cash operations with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of sales or customer service experience, or an associate/bachelor's degree. Prior in-store banking is preferred but not required; a positive, engaging attitude is essential.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;

OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;

OR a Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Formal Education & Certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Status

• Full-time.

Supervisory Responsibility

• No.

Travel

• Little to no overnight travel expected. Based on the occasional business need, you may be expected to cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from your assigned branch location.

Working Conditions

• Conditions include standing most of the time, may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
