Woodforest National Bank in Meridian, Mississippi is seeking a Branch Banking professional to drive sales and service at the branch location. You will process transactions, open and maintain accounts, and support branch operations including vault balancing and ATM maintenance.

The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, problem-solving, and delivering Woodforest’s customer experience training in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• Conditions include standing most of the time, may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
