Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with the Woodforest Experience training.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or
• An Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or
• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Education & Certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Status

• Full-time.

Additional Details

• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Little to no overnight travel; occasional coverage of nearby branches up to 45 miles.
• Working conditions involve standing most of the time, with walking, bending, sitting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
