Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Ohio-Cortland is seeking a Branch Banking professional to deliver strong customer service and drive branch sales. This full-time role focuses on helping customers with transactions, account openings, and product recommendations within a supportive team environment.

The position requires 3 years of sales or customer service experience and a high school diploma; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
