Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months' experience processing transactions.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience recommending products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Availability for varied branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities
