North Shore Bank in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Teller who delivers friendly, accurate service and promotes banking products. The role supports customers at 1100 W Northland Ave and requires weekend availability.
As a teller, you will balance cash drawers, handle transactions, and build relationships with customers while working with a collaborative team. Starting pay is $18+ per hour DOE, with a 30-hour work week.

Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services. Acts as the Bank's personal representative with its customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service; builds strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers; staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support.
High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience is required. Related experience includes a combination of cash handling, direct customer service, and retail or other sales. Must have availability to work on Saturdays. Position starts at $17.50/hr, DOE. This position involves working 30 hours per week.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
