Our Tellers handle cash, interact with members and seize every opportunity they can to sell Provident and the great products and services we offer to help our membership manage their finances successfully. You'll also be working towards your professional goals while helping members reach their financial goals. This position opens the door to a variety of future career possibilities with Provident. Desired Hours:

Monday: 11:30am - 4:30pm or 12:30pm - 5:30pm (5 hours)
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 11:30am - 4:30pm or 12:30pm - 5:30pm (5 hours)
Thursday: 11:30am - 4:30pm or 12:30pm - 5:30pm (5 hours)
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6:30pm (8 hours)
Saturday: 8:45am - 2:30pm (5.75)
Sunday: OFF

Here’s a breakdown of the day-to-day functions:

• Assist members with their transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, accept loan payments, ATM/Debit card replacement.
• Recognize member needs and make referrals that may be of benefit to them.
• Give your best every day to provide top-notch service. (Sure, this is a given - but we like saying it anyway.)

What you’ll bring to the position:

• Great energy and the ability to execute to our procedures.
• Great customer service skills, bank teller work experience preferred but will consider experience in cash handling/retail industry.

• Good computer skills - and it's a plus if you're familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

Compensation:

Pay Grade is A2. This position is eligible for discretionary bonus twice a year.

Targeted Base Pay: $25.00/hr
