Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of coin.
• Comfortable working independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Handle check cashing, loan payments, and utility payments.
• Cashier's checks, money orders, and certified checks.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records daily.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services.
• Handle night deposits and mail transactions.
• Maintain cash levels and assist with inventory and supplies.
• Support compliance with all banking regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly.
