Responsibilities

• Greet members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with account inquiries and balance information.
• Educate members on products and services, including accounts and loans.
• Open/close accounts and update member data as needed.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to meet member needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to products/services.
