Salary range: $18.38-$25.72 per hour(Target Range: $18.38-21.00 per hour)
The Teller position will engage in serving members accurately and efficiently with stated and unstated needs while providing unparalleled service with financial direction, offering appropriate products, and service referrals.
**This position is 20 hours a week**
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Experience:Minimum six months customer service in a retail or customer service environment with recent cash handling experience.
Software Skills:Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
Physical Demands:Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 25 pounds with accommodations.
Work Conditions:Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Travel Demands:May be asked to travel to other STCU locations.
