Job summary

Telco Community Credit Union is hiring for multiple Teller positions across all branch locations in the United States. Both part-time and full-time openings offer opportunities to work in a member-focused environment, handling cash, deposits and basic transactions in line with credit union procedures.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, cross-selling promotions, maintaining accurate cash drawers, balancing procedures, and providing quality member service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; work experience in a credit union or banking institute desired.
• Must possess team-building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions within authority levels; resolve problems and answer questions about Telco products and services.
• Receive, inspect, and verify cash and negotiable instruments for deposit.
• Assist members in completing forms for STOP Payments, Debit and Credit Card transactions.
• Provide members with proper receipts for payments and transactions.
• Respond to member requests, problems and complaints; direct to the proper person for information and assistance.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper documentation and controls.
