Park Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to process transactions accurately, answer member inquiries, and maintain correct records. You will guide members through our products and services and promote financial well-being while following internal procedures.
Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, balancing cash, and answering phones. The role requires precision, reliability, and excellent customer service.
By emphasizing ONE Park, ONE mission, ONE team, the Member Services Representative completes financial transactions professionally and efficiently, listens to and addresses member inquiries, and ensures accuracy in member records. This role involves guiding members through the credit union's products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being, and maintaining compliance with internal procedures and guidelines.
Experience: One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education of GED.
Interpersonal Skills: Work normally involves contacts with persons beyond immediate associates generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors) requiring normal courtesy in providing assistance or information.
Other Skills: Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names.
