This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Lancaster County, PA market. Requires flexibility to travel to various financial centers in the market as needed. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours in the assigned market (no Sundays).
Responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience with passion and enthusiasm while facilitating customer transactions and referring bank products and services. Actively promote banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals. Assist with operational activities and responsibilities. Responsible for traveling to various financial centers as assigned. Schedule and location may vary from day to day.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: 6 to 12 months Customer Service Experience (Required), 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred)
This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee is accountable for understanding and acting on all compliance programs, regulations, policies, and procedures, and completing all required compliance training by due dates. This includes identifying and escalating compliance risks.
To provide transparency, the salary range for this position is $17.25 - $23.03 per hour. Specific compensation will be based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant credentials, and may vary based on geographic location.
