Job Summary

The Call Center Representative will serve as a liaison between the Credit Union and its members. They will provide account information and details on the full range of credit union products and services. Responsibilities include opening accounts, resolving issues, and professionally handling members' daily needs via telephone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues related to products, services, and accounts.
