Summary of Lead Teller:

The Lead Teller provides exceptional customer service, handling transactions such as check cashing, deposits, loan payments, safe deposit rent, negotiable instruments sales, and wire transfers. The role involves promoting bank products and services via referrals, supporting a positive customer and employee experience, and assisting the Branch Manager with branch operations, including staff scheduling and relations. Initiative and motivation are essential.
