Responsibilities

• Serves customers quickly, accurately, efficiently, and confidentially per SouthState Bank standards.
• Identify customer needs and expectations by listening for clues and through conversations.
• Expand customer relationships by making referrals per position goals.
• Present a neat and professional appearance per bank policy.
• Perform teller duties: process transactions, maintain work area, train new tellers, access safe deposit boxes, cash checks, balance transactions daily, assist with ATM servicing, follow policies and procedures.
