Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong customer service through attentiveness, listening, and connection with customers; process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, GL tickets, wires, cashier's checks, and savings bonds.
• Balance teller drawer daily.
• Assist customers with debit card maintenance and printing.
• Assist with digital banking needs, answer phones, and provide financial information.
• Compile information for stop pays, account closings, and data entry.
• Adhere to banking and regulatory requirements.
• Handle basic issues; refer complex ones to higher-level staff.
