Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Teller or similar financial services position.
• Must be a self-starter and able to demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Quick learner and adaptable.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with transactions.
• Balance teller drawer daily.
• Assist customers with debit card maintenance and card issuance.
• Support digital banking needs and answer general questions.
• Compile information for stop pays and account closings.
• Follow all banking and regulatory requirements.
• Handle basic issues and refer complex issues to higher-level staff.
