Job Title: Teller I
Job Summary

The Teller is the face of our bank, providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and supporting sales and service referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Signature Service excellence
  • Maintain and balance cash drawer; handle various teller transactions
  • Process retail and commercial transactions per procedures
  • Follow security, cash management, risk, and internal controls
  • Safeguard assets; seek guidance on higher-risk transactions
  • Complete learning requirements
  • Comply with banking laws and regulations, including BSA
  • Promote bank products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Build relationships within the organization
  • Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or work-study participation
  • Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, accurate
