Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 months teller experience preferred.
• 6 months cash handling experience in retail or banking.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Flexible hours including Saturdays/holidays.
• Occasional travel for training to Abilene or other regions.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Prioritize client demands and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Uphold understanding of banking products and company systems and procedures.
• Participate in training and compliance programs (BSA, AML, etc.).
• Occasional travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training.
• Saturday hours and holiday hours may be required based on branch hours.
