Qualifications

• The courses outlined in the Teller Career Path Guidelines are required to be completed within the 90-day Probation Period after job acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle paper and cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Assist in granting customers access to safe deposit boxes when necessary.
• Process mail and night drop transactions.
• Maintain files such as signature cards, night deposit log and mail log.
• Balance teller drawer at end of shift and perform wrap-up duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain regular attendance and work flexible hours, including weekends if the branch is open on weekends.
