Office Location:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Processes financial transactions promptly and accurately.
  2. Strictly adheres to all bank policies and procedures.
  3. Communicates professionally with all clients and colleagues.
  4. Upholds understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and procedures.
  5. Participates in job-specific training, various bank training programs such as customer service, and complies with BSA, AML, and all bank policies and procedures as required. Other duties as assigned.
  6. Actively participates in the Customer Service First program and supports organizational values, following established policies and procedures.
  7. Periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training is required.
  8. Saturday hours and holiday hours may be required based on branch hours of operation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A self-starting team player with a High School diploma or GED.
  2. Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or
  • 6 months previous teller experience within a financial institution, or
  • 6 months cash handling experience (including balancing a cash drawer) in retail customer service.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision.
  • Physical requirements include standing most of the day and lifting/moving up to 60 pounds.
  • Must be able to work flexible and extended hours as needed.
  • Periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training is required.
  • Saturday and holiday hours may be required depending on branch hours.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
