Arvest Bank in Tulsa, OK seeks a friendly Teller to process transactions, identify customer needs, and guide them to the right specialists. The position is based at 9701 E 31st Street Tulsa, with occasional float to nearby branches.
Availability is Monday–Friday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays 8:15 am to 1:30 pm; bilingual English/Spanish is required; a high school diploma or GED is required; prior sales or cash-handling experience is a plus; strong customer service is essential.

Under the supervision and guidance of the assigned manager the Teller accepts and processes transactions from the bank's customers by personal contact, mail, and night deposit. The incumbent identifies customer needs and refers them to product specialists. The Teller gains knowledge of other areas in the bank and by cross-training to provide an expected level of exceptional customer service.
