Job summary

Frost is seeking a Teller–Floater in Corpus Christi, Texas. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly service, handling routine transactions, and upholding banking policies to ensure accuracy and trust.

You’ll work Monday–Friday 7:00 am–6:30 pm with Saturday hours, supporting customers across branches. The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and efficient problem solving while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Nice customer service mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Cash-handling experience and accuracy are important.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions following bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper cash on hand and settle teller cash and proof transactions daily.
• Fill change orders, wire transfers, and exchange negotiable instruments.
• Manage risk and actively practice loss prevention.
• Utilize critical-thinking skills with accuracy and efficiency.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win-win outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that consistently meet consumer banking performance standards
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures
• Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions
• Fill change order requests, wire transfers, and bankcard advances and exchange negotiable instruments
• Manage risk while actively practicing loss prevention
• Utilize critical‑thinking skills and have a thirst for knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes

What You’ll Need

• Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–6:30pm with Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm
