Job summary

Frost Bank in Austin, TX is seeking a Teller who serves as the first point of contact, delivering friendly, accurate service and building lasting relationships with customers.

You will handle daily cash transactions, process deposits and withdrawals, maintain cash on hand, and support trust and integrity in every interaction. Strong communication and cash-handling experience are essential, with Microsoft Office proficiency expected. Rotating Saturdays and weekday hours apply.

What you’ll do

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that consistently meet consumer banking performance standards

• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures

• Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions

• Fill change order requests, wire transfers, and bankcard advances and exchange negotiable instruments

• Manage risk while actively practicing loss prevention

• Utilize critical-thinking skills and have a thirst for knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency

• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm
