Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, and customer service; banking experience preferred.
• Reading, writing, speaking English; good interpersonal and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially per standards.
• Identify customer needs and expand relationships with referrals.
• Process transactions for savings, checking, and loans.
• Maintain neat workspace and follow security/audit procedures.
• Balance transactions daily and assist with ATM/balance as needed.
