FTWCCU in Fort Worth is seeking a Teller to warmly greet members and handle routine transactions after-hours. You will manage deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, balance cash, and respond to member inquiries per FTWCCU policies.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and comfort with Windows-based software, email, and a 10-key calculator. Working hours are Monday through Friday afternoons and select Saturdays, with paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are required.
• Experience with heavy cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with basic IT tasks (Windows, email, and 10-key calculator) desired.

• Welcome and greet members in a professional, courteous manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; balance cash and transactions.
