Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 months of related customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technologically proficient.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and earn member trust to retain long-term connections.
• Efficiently manage teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• Refer members to Financial Service Representatives and Senior Financial Service Representatives
