Job summary

University of Virginia Community Credit Union seeks a Teller who will educate Members on financial products, build relationships, and provide exceptional service. The role is tiered (Teller I–III) with compensation based on experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a related field, excellent communication, and comfort with cash handling. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred and may include additional compensation.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a related field.
• Tier I, II, III placement based on prior experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Educate Members on financial products and services.
• Refer Members to additional resources and products.
• Promptly and professionally serve Members.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
